DELIVERY

Postage is charged according to the cumulative weight of the items and by the postage rates provided by the delivery service provider.

Please note that recipients outside Singapore will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees, including any other additional charges. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. We recommend contacting your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price before purchase completion.

Next-Day Delivery Charge

Free Delivery is carried out within the next three working days after we release your parcel at the nearby drop-off points. 

Store Pickup (Self-Collection)

No admin fee needs to pay upon collection. Once the order has been submitted and processed successfully, we will call or email you the packing slip to come down for self-collection.
